“Partnership” is a word that is heard often in today’s business environment. Too many times, it is just a word and not truly institutionalized. At The GMarie Group, we not only say we will partner with you...we perform as partners! We commit to your project and become a part of the project team. In turn, we ask for your commitment. With this high level of mutual commitment, the result is success!
That being said, we also recognize that you are busy! Busy, with many important projects on your ever-growing “to do” list. Working with us makes your life easier. We establish project boundaries and expectations early so you know exactly how we will work together to support the project.
Our collaborations with clients are successful - here's why:
- Contracting
We partner with you to develop contracts and statements of work that suit both your needs and ours. Early in the process, we work together to define project outcomes, deliverables, timelines, costs, and roles. This collaborative process ensures that we are mutually committed to the project and its results.
- Role Definition
Another key aspect is role definition. Before work begins, we define what roles you will assume and which responsibilities belong to The GMarie Group. Partnering on this level ensures that each project is appropriately staffed and that the talents and skills of your internal resources are supplemented by our expertise, for the best possible outcomes.
- Project Planning
Together, we plan the project. The GMarie Group collaborates with you to create an actionable, reasonable project plan that ensures on-time delivery as well as a means for adjusting timelines to meet unexpected needs and developments. Our mutual design of the project plan creates a shared accountability and true partnership.
- Ongoing Communication
We agree to communicate on a regular basis, using methods most appropriate to the situation. In-person meetings, weekly conference calls, email, or carrier pigeon (just kidding) whatever works best for you works best for us! The establishment of ongoing, regular communication also supports our efforts at partnership with you and minimizes misunderstandings and unmet expectations.
